PTQG Quilt Show June 5-6, 2026 @ Muskoka Lumber Centre
Coming this weekend is the Pine Tree Quilt Guild Quilt Show being held at Muskoka Lumber Community Centre.
Quilting is my second love to Reiki. I have always loved working with colours and textures. It brings great joy creating quilts which are an expression of love.
If you have a few minutes to come and walk through the show you will enjoy. There are over 300 quilts being shown.

Love and Nuture your Body…
I have been receiving the message to Love and Nuture my Body so that is what I am trying to do. I am keeping up with my physio exercises and have started a wonderful yoga class on Tuesday mornings. In the month of March Jeffrey and I have been walking at the complex and now on nice days we get to walk outside. Sunshine is so good for the soul. My Reiki practice is an important part of my day and perfect for nuturing my body.

February Thoughts
February has been a month for reflecting and slowly moving. Appreciating the sunshine even in a bitter cold day. I have made it through January and now is the time for me to come out of hibernation. Its time for me to continue practicing and work on organizing and for the past 2 years - heal.
My days include Reiki, journaling, physio and giving myself time to rest. Helps me clear my head and allows time to start creating ideas.

REIKI HEALING AND GRATITUDE
I want to send a big thank you for all the Reiki that has been sent my way. It has been wonderful and SO healing!
The night of my surgery Dr. Vora (my surgeon) came to see me and said: "My gosh your surgery went faster and better than I had anticipated. I'm thrilled" - So I was thrilled.
My surgery was 2 weeks ago today and I am moving pain free. Today Jeffrey and I walked the block and enjoyed the beautiful sunshine.

This week I was reminded that the Holiday Season has so many different meanings. For some it is a Celebration of Spiritual Life, and some a Celebration of Family. Or a Birthday Celebration and for some a wonderful rest.
Whatever this season means to you I am hoping that life will bring great health, peace and joy to you.

Hospice Muskoka …
Last Thursday Arlene, Janice and I spent the morning at Hospice Muskoka sharing Reiki. It has been 6 months since we were last there and what a wonderful experience it was to be back. We get as much as we give.
